Due this pandemic situation of Covid -19 across the world ,The Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board had pop up a notification on its website has granted relaxation to all establishments by extending the last date for online Maharashtra Labour Welfare fund contribution payment till 15th September 15th 2020 for the period June 2020.
All the establishments are now required to make the payment for the contribution for the period of June 2020 on or before September 15th 2020.

This is to bring to your information that Haryana Government has amended the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act in its application to Haryana State. As per the notification from now onwards the contribution in Haryana with effect from March’2019, shall be
Employee = 0.2% of employee salary/wages every month (subject to a limit of Rs.25)
Employer = Twice the employee contribution. Provided, that the limit specified above shall be indexed annually to the consumer price index beginning from 1st January every year. The notification is attached herewith for reference
Revised Labour welfare fund – LWF Contribution Rate of West Bengal state.

As per notification published by the West Bengal Labour Welfare Board dated 12th October 2018, the Board has exercised its powers under Section 9 (2) of the West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1974 and has revised the rate of contribution for every six month with effect from 1st September,2018.
The previous rate of contribution is Employees Rs 3 per head per half year and Employer Rs 6 per head per half year. The revised rate has been notified for Employees at Rs 3 per head per half year and for Employers at Rs 15 per head per half year.
