Creche facility in MBA Maternity benefit Act, 2017, a clarification on the terms and conditions as applicable has been issued. The summary for the guidelines issued for setting up and running creche is attached letter.
This would now bring ease to implement the facility of creche in all the organisations and would be of great help to adhere with the compliances under the Maternity benefit Act.
